
EXPERIENCE
Eric F. Della Santa represents public and non-profit entities in a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a specialization in litigation. He has defended clients in civil lawsuits, including matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violations of due process, and failure to accommodate disabilities. He has also represented clients in employee discipline hearings, including at arbitration and in front of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and has defended against Unfair Practice Charges brought before the Public Employment Relations Board, with notable success in all forums.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
Mr. Della Santa received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2015. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he worked at an insurance defense firm where he gained valuable experience handling the defense of lawsuits from start to finish.
