Susan Yoon specializes in employment and labor law. She primarily works on cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unfair labor practices.
Ms. Yoon joined the firm in 2015 after serving as a Civil Rights fellow at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, where she focused on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues in the employment and housing context. As a fellow, she worked on both litigation and mediation matters and presented trainings on fair employment practices to state agencies.
Ms. Yoon received her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall). During law school, Ms. Yoon worked as a law clerk for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. At King Hall, Ms. Yoon was involved with the King Hall Women’s Law Association and served as a research editor for the Journal of International Law & Policy and an articles selection editor for the Business Law Journal.
