We were honored to attend the Center for Workers’ Rights’ 12th Annual Awards Celebration, celebrating another year of advancing workplace justice, supporting low-wage workers, and building worker power.
The evening recognized three exceptional leaders for their dedication in advocating for workers’ rights: Jason Marcus, Winifred Kao, and Maria Ballantyne. Congratulations to the well-deserving honorees!
Representing our firm, Summer Associates Isabella Todd and Sophia Sweeney joined colleagues from our office in supporting the Center for Workers’ Rights at the celebration. Isabella recently completed her first year at UC Davis School of Law and graduated San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Sophia completed her first year at UCLA School of Law and graduated American University with a bachelor’s degree in international studies.
Also in attendance were Tim Yeung, Managing Partner and Board Member of the Center for Workers’ Rights, Partner Steve Shaw, Associate Dashiell Tucker, and Legal Assistant Angela Adame.
We are proud to support the Center for Workers’ Rights’ mission and look forward to attending more events of celebration and recognition.
