Danielle Williams is an Associate specializing in labor and employment law matters. She currently handles litigation primarily related to the defense of clients under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, writs of mandate, and matters involving the Public Employment Relations Board. She also advises cities, counties, and other public agencies on a range of labor, employment and government law matters.

Ms. Williams’ practice also extends to general counsel services in connection with a wide range of issues encountered by public agencies, including contracts, the Brown Act, and the Public Records Act.

She joined the Firm after working for another public agency law firm where she specialized in litigation at both the state and federal level. Prior to that, she worked at a firm that specialized in labor and employment law for public safety employees.

Ms. Williams graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.
