EXPERIENCE
Jonah Baker is an Associate with the Firm specializing in the representation of public agencies and municipalities on labor and employment matters. He has experience in all stages of administrative discipline cases for public employees from the initiation of the investigation through evidentiary appeals. He is also experienced in civil litigation matters, from pleadings and evidentiary issues through jury trials and appeals.
He joined the Firm after working with housing rights nonprofit as a legal advocate for underrepresented San Franciscans. He also worked as an advocate for environmental justice and sustainable energy development.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Mr. Baker graduated from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Mr. Baker competed as part of UC Law’s moot court team. Mr. Baker also served as a Law Clerk for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
