Related Experience
Mr. Telford retired as Chief of Police for the City of San Bruno. His 32 years of law enforcement experience includes investigations in criminal matters, Internal Affairs, and workplace investigations. Mr. Telford played a significant role in managing the law enforcement response to a catastrophic natural gas transmission line explosion, led two police departments during an 18-month consolidation study with a neighboring city, and supervised the consolidation of a 9-1-1 phone and Records Management System shared between two agencies.
Mr. Telford is a graduate of the Peace Officer Standards and Training Command College program, and has extensive experience in law enforcement training, and municipal government collaboration including shared service ventures.
