Angela Cabral is an Associate with the Firm primarily specializing in labor and employment law matters. She joined the Firm after working with the Shaw Law Group in Sacramento where she provided advice and counsel to public and private sector employers on labor and employment law matters, including wage-hour compliance, leaves of absence, FMLA/CFRA, sick leave, EEO issues, performance management, and hiring/termination processes. She also conducted impartial workplace investigations on behalf of public sector clients, requiring extensive employee interviews and documentary evidence review. Prior to that she worked at the Jon Webster Law Group, where she litigated employment law matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-hour cases brought under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Ms. Cabral received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
