Meet up with members of the Sloan Sakai Yeung & Wong team attending the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) Annual Conference at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite from October 22nd-24th.
Two Sloan Sakai partners, Jeff Sloan and Genevieve Ng, will lead a session entitled “Managing Personnel Investigations and Whistleblower Claims in the “Me Too” Era” on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 1:00 to 4:30. The presentation, part of MMANC’s Credentialed Government Leader program to build rising government employees’ management and leadership skills, will cover how public sector workplaces can manage effective personnel investigations as whistleblower, discrimination and sexual harassment claims become more prevalent. Jeff and Genevieve will share the unique perspective of those who specialize in solving investigation and labor relations challenges.
The Sloan Sakai team, including Partner Burke Dunphy, will also be available to catch up with clients and answer questions about our services at our conference booth, where firm materials are available for all. We hope to see you there!
