Mr. Zenoni has more than 34 years of experience working in the public sector, primarily in the areas of finance, budgeting, fiscal analysis, and organizational management. As a consultant with the firm, Mr. Zenoni works with our public agency clients on budget balancing, financial forecasting, long range financial planning, and developing effective financial policies and procedures. Mr. Zenoni is an expert on payroll and labor costing issues and is well-versed in the day-to-day needs of a municipal finance department. His diverse experience with multiple Bay Area finance departments makes him well-qualified to assist clients with their complex budgetary issues.
Mr. Zenoni most recently served as the Interim Finance Director for the City of Benicia, City of Concord, and the City of Napa. He has worked for the City of Oakland as the Interim Deputy City Administrator and Budget Director, and spent seven years as the Finance and Administration Manager for the Alameda County Water District.
