Ms. Stoughton has over 17 years of experience in public sector labor law, labor relations, and employment law and advice. At San Francisco’s City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Stoughton represented the City and County of San Francisco in all aspects of labor negotiations, from advice to interest arbitration. She also represented the City in discipline and contract grievances, administrative law proceedings, and regularly practiced before the Public Employment Relations Board. Ms. Stoughton also provided employment advice to client departments and litigated a variety of discrimination and harassment claims.
