Managing Partner Tim Yeung will be presenting at the Regional Conference of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions this Saturday, December 7th at California State University, Long Beach.
His session will cover how collective bargaining has changed in the wake of the landmark Janus v. AFSCME Supreme Court case, which held that public sector workers who refuse to join a union cannot be compelled to pay union fees.
