Ellen Taylor represents employers in civil litigation and advises employers on managing workplace issues and maintaining compliance with evolving legal standards. She regularly represents public employers before the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB).
Ms. Taylor holds Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certifications issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She advises employers on navigating emerging regulatory frameworks governing the use of AI in the workplace.

Education
Ms. Taylor received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles with College, Departmental, and Latin Honors.
