Experience
Ms. Taylor provides strategic counsel to cross-functional teams on complex workplace issues, helping employers to navigate legal challenges while meeting operational needs. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters publication, for three consecutive years (2022-2024).
Ms. Taylor presents and publishes on emerging legal issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Her article, “Legal Developments Around the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Hiring and Assessing,” was published by the LexisNexis Practical Guidance Journal.
Education
Ms. Taylor received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles with College, Departmental, and Latin Honors.
